Life jacket inspection
A lifejacket has to work when it really matters. In our workshop in Harlingen we service inflatable lifejackets of 150N and 275N, for commercial shipping and recreational boating. We do not service Secumar lifejackets. Send your lifejackets in or drop them off. After the service you get them back with a new service sticker and, if you wish, a certificate.

How it works
1Check the age
- Find the production date on the label inside the lifejacket.
- Older than 14 years? Then the lifejacket will be rejected.
- The date of the last service is on the certificate or info label, the next service date on the sticker on the outside.
2Send in or drop off
- Register your lifejackets with the form below.
- Send them to our address or drop them off at Koningsweg 9 in Harlingen.
- Include a note with your name and phone number so we know whose they are.
3We service them
- We check the lifejacket itself.
- We check whether parts such as the bobbin and the gas cylinder are still within their expiry date.
- If something needs replacing, we do so and charge for the part afterwards.
4Back on board
- Your lifejacket gets a new service sticker with the next service date.
- Want a certificate? Let us know and you will get one.
- Businesses receive an invoice, private customers a payment request.
