Powerful, fast-acting cleaner for removing limescale, rust deposits and oxidation from aluminium and other non-limestone surfaces.

Americol AMEFIX is intended for cleaning contaminants such as limescale, oxidation, rust deposits, cement and traffic dirt. Use it on aluminium surfaces, transport equipment, pipes and tiles. Depending on the contamination, dilute the product and leave it to work briefly, after which always rinse thoroughly with clean water.

Suitable for

For removing oxidation, rust deposits, cement and traffic dirt from aluminium.

Suitable for transport equipment and pipes where limescale, rust or stubborn deposits need to be loosened and rinsed off.

For cleaning tiles and other surfaces that do not contain limestone. Do not use on marble.

Dilute Americol AMEFIX depending on the contamination and the surface (2%-5%, 1:50-1:20). Apply by manual cleaning, immersion cleaning or spray cleaning. Preferably leave it to work for a short time so that deposits loosen. Then rinse or spray thoroughly with clean water. Warm water can increase cleaning power.

• - Dilute within the specified range (2%-5%) based on contamination
• - Leave the product to work briefly, but do not allow it to dry on the surface
• - Work in manageable sections so that you can rinse evenly
• - Preferably use warm water for extra cleaning power
• - Always rinse thoroughly with clean water
• - Do not use on limestone types such as marble

According to the safety data sheet, the product is classified as Skin Corr. 1A (H314) and Eye Dam. 1 (H318): it can cause severe burns and serious eye damage. Therefore, wear protective gloves, protective clothing and eye or face protection (P280), and avoid breathing in spray (P260). In case of contact with eyes or skin, rinse immediately and carefully with water and seek medical attention according to the instructions on the label.

• P301+P330+P331 IF SWALLOWED: Rinse mouth. DO NOT induce vomiting
• P305+P351+P338 IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing
• P303+P361+P353 IF ON SKIN (or hair): Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water/shower

Store the product safely and avoid contact with skin and eyes. Dispose of residues and packaging via an approved waste disposal company.
