The Flexisander Flex sanding block 115x560 mm is a flexible hand sanding block for controlled sanding of both flat and curved surfaces. With a length of 560 mm and a width of 115 mm, the sanding block offers sufficient surface area to evenly process larger areas, while the soft flexibility ensures that the block can adapt to the shape of the workpiece.

This version is especially suitable for surfaces where a completely rigid sanding block makes insufficient contact with curves or shaped parts. The flexible underside follows the contour of the surface and thus helps to distribute the sanding pressure over a larger area.

Due to the size of 115 x 560 mm, this Flexisander is suitable for medium-sized surfaces and longer curves. This makes it a practical middle ground between compact hand sanding blocks for detail work and the longer Flexisander models for very large surfaces.
