Inland waterway gangway NEN-EN 526 (German DIN standard)

Manufactured according to ES-TRIN (13.02/3d) requirements for lengths of 4 metres or more.
Manufactured according to NEN-EN 526, the European standard for gangways no longer than 8 metres.
This standard applies to regular inland waterway transport, not passenger transport.
The gangway is supplied with a type approval, calculation and material specification.
All relevant data is recorded on a nameplate attached to the gangway.

Floating aluminium gangway with a walkway made of specially designed open-mesh non-slip grating.
Slipping on it is almost impossible, despite snow, ice, cargo residue, oil or mud on the gangway or footwear.
Complete with removable but secured stanchions, each fitted with 2 rope guides.
The stanchion bases are welded into the side of the beam.
Also fitted with black PP Multi 3-strand round braided rope, 12 mm diameter.
Supplied complete with wheels at one end.
Supplied complete with an NEN-EN 526 certificate from Bureau Veritas.
